About the Role

We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1) to support the leadership and day-to-day management of our nursing home. You will oversee staff, maintain high standards of care, and ensure compliance with all regulations while fostering a positive, person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support PIC/CNM2 in managing operations and resident care
  • Supervise staff, manage rosters, and support development
  • Lead audits, quality improvement, and governance processes
  • Promote person-centred care and safeguard residents
  • Act as PIC when required
About You
  • Registered Nurse with active NMBI PIN
  • Previous clinical experience with leadership exposure
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Committed to high standards of care and teamwork
