We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading nursing home in C o Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain high quality, person centred care for all residents.
• Support the Home Manager with the day to day operational management of the nursing home.
• Lead, supervise, and support staff to promote best practice and regulatory compliance.
• Administer medications and carry out general nursing duties as required.
• Ensure full compliance with HIQA standards, NMBI guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, GPs, and the wider multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in supporting vulnerable individuals.
• Training or experience working with older persons is advantageous but not essential.
• Relevant studies or qualifications are desirable but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and reliability.
• Ability to provide two valid and contactable references.
