The Role

You'll manage your own caseload of claimant medical negligence matters from inception through to resolution, working closely with clients, medical experts, and counsel to secure the best possible outcomes.

In addition to running your own files, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced colleagues on:

  • Complex and high-value medical negligence claims
  • Group litigation matters
  • High-profile cases
  • Catastrophic injury claims
  • Cases involving vulnerable clients and significant life-changing injuries
About You
  • Qualified solicitor status (Grade A, B or C, or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience handling claimant medical negligence matters
  • The ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and case management abilitiesA genuine passion for securing justice and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients
