Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A Clinical Negligence Solicitor is required in Birmingham for a full time, permanent role with a respected specialist claimant practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of claimant matters for individuals who have suffered life changing injuries due to medical negligence.
• Handle cases ranging from moderate to catastrophic injury, including brain injury, birth injury and fatal claims.
• Work alongside recognised specialists in the field, with a level of autonomy and complexity suited to your experience.

Required Skills and Experience

• Solicitor (NQ through to Associate/Partner level) or Legal Executive with experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters.
• Strong technical and case management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A genuine passion for claimant work and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
