Job Description
CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR, NEWLY QUALIFIED, GREATER MANCHESTER, CIRCA £40,000 DOE. •You will manage a caseload of medical, dental, and other clinical negligence cases, requiring a strong understanding of clinical negligence and the confidence and expertise to handle them independently.
•The appointed solicitor must be capable of delivering legal services with a personal touch, consistently demonstrating care and understanding.
•Applications are welcome from newly qualified solicitors with experience in clinical negligence or in handling complex, high value industrial disease cases, including fast track or multi-track litigation.
