Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon - Scarborough, North Yorkshire

Independent Practice 4-Day Week No OOH Up to £80,000 DOE

Join our expanding small animal practice on the stunning Yorkshire coast and take the next step in your veterinary leadership career.

The Role:

We are seeking an experiencedClinical Lead Veterinary Surgeonwho is confident both clinically and as a leader. You will play a key role in shaping clinical standards, mentoring the team, and supporting the continued growth of our independent practice.

  • Clinical leadership in an independent practice
  • Opportunity to lead, mentor, and develop a supportive veterinary team
  • Maintain high clinical standards while contributing to practice strategy
  • Modern diagnostics including IDEXX, InVue, SediVue, Adaptix 3D imaging, digital X-ray, ultrasound & dentistry
  • 4-day week (between 8am-6pm)
  • Share of Saturday mornings (9am-1pm)
  • No OOH
  • Salary up to £80,000 DOE
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as a Veterinary Surgeon in small animal practice
  • Demonstrable leadership or senior/management experience
  • Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about clinical excellence and team development
