Clinical Lead Nurse - Salisbury - £54,000-£56,000

Developing care provider require a nurse registered clinical lead in the Salisbury area. Ideally someone who has worked as a Clinical Lead or Deputy previously. Nursing PIN essential.

Responsibilities

• The service provides specialist dementia and end of life nursing care.
• Support the development of the nurse's career and join an expanding care provider.
• Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home and staff management.
• Oversee clinical compliance, medication management, changes in care plans, development of clinical care, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN).
• Background in dementia care.
• 3+ years of nursing home experience.
• Good communication skills.
