Currently we have an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Services Lead to join a specialist community complex care service supporting adults and children with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, brain injuries and challenging behaviours.

This is a senior role focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care in community settings, supporting rehabilitation, independence and positive behavioural outcomes.

You will play a key role in clinical assessment, care planning, staff training and leading crisis intervention approaches, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams, families and carers to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

Salary: £49,000

Position: Clinical Lead Nurse (RMN / RNLD) or Allied Health Professional

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Setting: Community complex care

Location: Midlands (Staffordshire & Wolverhampton region)

Your key responsibilities will be;

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans
  • Lead crisis intervention and behavioural support training programmes
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and brain injuries
  • Develop and implement positive behaviour support strategies
  • Train, mentor and assess competencies of care staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Promote rehabilitation, independence and least restrictive care

For this role, we're looking for someone who has;

  • NMC registration as RMN or RNLD, or HCPC registration
  • Experience supporting learning disabilities, mental health or brain injury
  • Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
  • Experience managing challenging behaviour or complex care
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
