Part time for 6 months initially, with opportunity to extend reviewed on a monthly basis(2 PAs or 8 hrs per week - job share will be considered)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Clinical Lead for the North of Scotland Forensic and Custody Healthcare Alliance.
The network supports adults who require services within Forensic and Custody across 6 Health Board areas in the North of Scotland region. Multi-disciplinary teams of staff are based in Grampian, Highland, Orkney, Shetland, Tayside and Western Isles and work closely with local medical, nursing and AHP professionals to provide examinations to adults within Forensic and Custody services. These roles also include referrals to other departments, and within Custody, prescribing medications.
The successful postholder will require the knowledge and skills to work across traditional Health Board boundaries and organisations to support the Forensic and Custody services in the North of Scotland region to ensure services are equitable and accessible. Applicants should have extensive clinical knowledge, skills and experience in the provision of Forensic and Custody services, with the leadership skills required to motivate, inspire and drive improvements in service provision through change management within a complex regional environment.
Applications are welcome from clinical professionals (including medical, nursing and AHPs) currently operating at a senior level within the NHS in the North of Scotland.
