Clinical Lead Counsellor - Substance Use Services

Recovery Focus is seeking a Lead Counsellor for our Wimborne services to oversee the delivery of high-quality therapeutic support. You will provide clinical leadership, ensure effective pathways for clients, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong therapeutic expertise and experience within community services. In addition, you will lead a team of counsellors and ensure compliance with professional standards while advocating for clients affected by substance use.
