Clinical Lead & Deputy Manager - Care Home Leadership

Barchester is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead to join a flagship care home. You will support the delivery of high quality care, work closely with the General Manager, and assume leadership duties in their absence.

You will inspire a multidisciplinary team to uphold care standards, motivate staff, and drive continuous improvement across clinical governance, patient safety and person centred care.
