Clinical Implementation Lead, EPR & PEP Adoption

Wight Healthcare in Southampton is seeking a senior operational leader to drive the clinical implementation and adoption of the Trust's Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and Patient Engagement Portal (PEP). You will ensure the programme is clinically informed, service-led, safe, and governed.

You will line manage the EPR and PEP Clinical Adoption Specialists and work across clinical, operational, digital, training and programme teams to deliver coordinated adoption of new digital workflows.
