Clinical Facilitator ICU - CNM2

Are you an experienced ICU nurse with a passion for education, leadership, and clinical excellence? Cpl Healthcare is delighted to partner with a leading private hospital in Cork City to recruit a Clinical Facilitator for its Intensive Care Unit and Cardiothoracic Services.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape clinical practice, support staff development and drive excellence in patient care within a highly respected healthcare setting.

As Clinical Facilitator, you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support, educate and develop nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. You will be a clinical leader, mentor and role model, championing best practice, quality and patient safety across the service.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
• Current specialist knowledge and experience in ICU nursing.
• Higher Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing (desirable).
• Experience in a Cardiothoracic setting (advantageous).
• Degree-level management qualification or educational preparation (desirable).
• Minimum 3 years' leadership or people management experience with a proven ability to lead teams, influence change, and drive service improvement.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and decision making skills.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
