Job Description
Lead with Confidence, Supported by Experience

Are you ready to take the next step in your veterinary career? At Anicare Veterinary Group, we are seeking a passionate and driven Clinical Director to lead our four small animal practices across Dublin. This is a rare opportunity to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of our practices while working side by side with an established Clinical Director and long-standing Practice Manager who bring invaluable stability and experience.

Together, you'll guide our teams forward, ensure excellence in patient care, and keep our practices thriving.

About the Role

As Clinical Director, you'll balance clinical leadership with practice management responsibilities. You'll ensure the highest standards of patient and client care while supporting and developing our veterinary teams. From consultations and surgery to mentoring and practice development, this is a role where your expertise and leadership will make a real impact every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Clinical Leadership: Providing a high standard of veterinary care, with a focus on consultations and surgery.

Team Development: Supporting, mentoring, and appraising vets, nurses, and support staff.

Practice Management: Overseeing daily operations across four sites (Clontarf, Santry, Blanchardstown, Glasnevin).

Recruitment & Onboarding: Bringing new talent into the team and ensuring a smooth introduction.

Problem Solving: Managing client concerns, staff issues, and complex cases with professionalism and care.

Financial Oversight: Monitoring performance, supporting growth, and ensuring sustainability in line with practice goals.

The real advantage of this role? You'll never be leading alone. With an established Clinical Director and Practice Manager alongside you, you'll always have experienced colleagues to collaborate with and learn from.
