My client, a long-established and friendly small animal practice located in a charming village in West Dublin, is looking for a Clinical Director to lead their team through an exciting new chapter. With a full refurbishment just completed, this is a fantastic time to join and help shape the future of the practice.

For over 25 years, this practice has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, trusted, and affordable veterinary care. You'll be joining a warm, dedicated team that includes 5 experienced vets, 4 qualified and supportive nurses, a welcoming receptionist, and an enthusiastic animal care assistant.

The clinic strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and a great working atmosphere - there's always time for a joke or a coffee (freshly brewed, of course). The practice is well-equipped with modern medical and surgical facilities, digital X-ray, and an in-house lab. And if there's a tool or piece of equipment you need, they're committed to making it happen.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be an experienced small animal vet with several years of clinical practice
• Have a passion for leadership, mentoring, and team development
• Ideally have some leadership experience (though support will be provided to develop in this area)
• Be enthusiastic about delivering excellent patient and client care
