Clinical Development Nurse - Lead Clinical Training & Standards

South Coast Nursing Homes Ltd is seeking a Clinical Development Nurse to join our training and development team in Worthing. You will enhance clinical practice across our nine homes and deliver bespoke training programmes to care staff.

The role requires an active Nursing PIN, strong coaching and communication skills, and willingness to travel between homes. Evening and weekend inductions may be required as part of flexible delivery.
