Clinical Deputy Manager Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on exp) Location: Birmingham, West Midlands Hours: Full-Time

HCR is recruiting for a Clinical Deputy Manager to work in a well-established nursing home with a high reputation for delivering high standards of care

Clinical Deputy Home Manager Duties:

• Support the Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing care home, ensuring smooth and effective management.
• Provide clinical support to all staff
• Conduct monthly clinical audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Complete risk assessments and manage identified risks.
• Report any safeguarding concerns promptly.
• Ensure accurate reporting and maintain required documentation.

Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements:

• The ideal Clinical Deputy Manager will already be workingin a deputy management, Clinical Lead,or Senior Nurse role.
• Must have experience working innursing homes.
• The Clinical Deputy Home Manager must be competent clinically.
