Clinical Application Specialist (Monitoring Analytics) - London
Job DescriptionIn this role, you have the opportunity to promote Philips Healthcare products & systems. In addition, the Applications Specialist ensures that customers (e.g. end-users, technicians, operators) are properly trained to optimally use the equipment delivered, installed and handed over by Philips Healthcare and maximizing customer satisfaction.
This position will be field-based (in a home-office set-up), for frequent travel throughout Central Southern England & London.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Philips Healthcare solutions through customer visits, demos, seminars, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with account teams to meet targets and support new product launches.
- Deliver high-quality application training, including initial, upgrade, and refresher sessions, ensuring optimal equipment use.
- Develop training schedules with customers and provide follow-up support to maintain satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer visits for feedback and report challenges in equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and company quality policies.
- Support sales teams during acquisition and stay updated on clinical and operational developments.
- Collect and report on customer feedback regarding quality standards and complete assigned regulatory training.
You are a part of the Clinical Services team for Hospital and Ambulance Monitoring (H&AM). You will be closely working with Account Managers and Product Managers to achieve the result of the modality and maximize customer satisfaction.
You are reporting directly to the Clinical Application Lead.
In this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Degree level education or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience of Monitoring products
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in clinical field using patient monitoring devices.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
- Experience/Qualification in Teaching/Training
- Good IT skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently in the allocated territory and sometimes throughout the UK, with a valid driving license (a must have).
