Clinical AI Engineer: Evidence-Driven Medical AI

You'll join Heidi and work as a Clinical AI Engineer in Clinical AI R&D, owning the evidence for the product from evaluation design to post-market surveillance. You'll define evaluation endpoints, build scalable LLM judges, and publish results while ensuring clinical nuance remains central throughout the product lifecycle.

The role requires a medical degree with independent clinical judgment, plus experience in evaluating medical software and engineering in production codebases.
