Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support our busy practice team. 20 hours per week, 4/5 hours per day, shift starts at 12.00pm.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. A key part of the role involves coding patient information onto the SystmOne clinical system, so the ability to work carefully with clinical data and follow procedures is essential.

Interviews will be held during the week commencing 06/07/2026.

Main duties of the job
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and patient documents
  • Scanning and accurately recording information into patient records
  • Read coding clinical information using SystmOne
  • Handling phone calls and responding to enquiries
  • Supporting clinicians and colleagues with general administrative tasks
  • Ensuring information is processed accurately and in a timely manner

The role requires someone who can work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and consistently deliver high quality administrative support in a healthcare environment.
