Clinic Patient Experience Advisor

Optical Express in Exeter is seeking a Patient Advisor to join full-time, including weekends. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling pre/post-treatment communication and guiding them through consultations and scheduling.

The role involves eye scans with advanced equipment, assisting with health questionnaires and introducing patients to their optometrist, while discussing financing options and maintaining accurate records.
