Position Overview

Responsibilities

This role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences to our Elite clients to retain and grow our high-value customer base across EMEA. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure every client touchpoint is flawless. Reporting to the Client Experience & Development Manager, the role involves executing the Elite program, including events, experiences, and strategic initiatives. Collaboration with the Client Development Associate is essential to support client growth through seasonal gifting and retail initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and research-oriented.

Client Engagement & Experience
  • Partner with the Senior Associate to develop the Elite experience program, aiming to increase client trade-ups, acquire new HNW clients, and retain existing ones.
  • Execute the Elite experience program smoothly, including luxury moments, bespoke experiences, and in-store activations.
  • Create client engagement roadmaps, requirements, and objectives in collaboration with the Senior Associate.
  • Develop guidelines and training tools to ensure seamless project execution, managing budgets effectively.
Client Gifting & Treatments
  • Work closely with the Senior Associate to enhance the Elite Experience Program, focusing on client growth and retention.
  • Ensure flawless delivery of client experiences, including tailored engagements and immersive activations.
  • Co-own the creation of client engagement strategies and detailed guidelines.
  • Design training materials and oversee budget and operational efficiency.
Team Organization & Management
  • Prepare reports on clienteling initiatives' outcomes.
  • Create presentations for stakeholders.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for events.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with processes.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Proven experience in clienteling, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Deep understanding of luxury service standards and customer experience.
  • Proactive, organized, and innovative.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
