Client Support & Engagement Specialist

Location: Borough & Remote (just 2 mins from Borough Station)
Contract: Temporary (with potential to go permanent)
Rate: £18ph - £20ph (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time Mon-Fri 10am-6pm
What You'll Be Doing:- Manage a portfolio of clients, driving employee engagement across programmes
- Own and resolve client queries, working closely with frontline customer service
- Understand client goals and tailor support to meet their needs
- Create and edit content for campaigns and engagement initiatives
- Host calls and webinars to educate clients on programme usage
- Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities to boost engagement
- Collaborate with the London-based Account Director to deliver outstanding results
- 3-5 years' experience in Client Success, Support, or Relationship Management
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Proactive mindset with great problem-solving skills
- Confidence using PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities with ease
- A love for learning new tools and working in a fast-paced environment
