How You'll Make an ImpactThe Client Success Manager (Retail Media) role is an integral part of the team and is responsible for supporting our Retailers, partners and prospective clients. The role will see you working closely with our Client Success and Business Development Leads, to run day-to-day operations and assist in revenue generation. You'll be working with an experienced and welcoming team whose clients include household retail names in grocery, department stores and fashion.Join a company that is redefining the marketing and advertising technology landscape. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in our London office 2/3 days per week.What You'll Achieve

  • Deliver a best in-class service to our retail partners, their internal teams and their brands
  • You will be the driving force behind client success, running a diverse portfolio of high-profile brands
  • Collaborate effectively with our retailer teams
  • Offer insights to be provided to the retailer teams
  • Present our advertising platform to existing clients and new spenders
  • Monitoring our platforms to ensure correct operation and precision
  • Deliver innovative digital marketing strategies following budget, targeting and audience briefs
  • You will directly contribute to Epsilon's growth by reporting on campaigns, carrying out accurate billing practices and providing insight for future bookings
