Client Success Manager: Platform Growth & Onboarding

Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport (LRS) is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the Client Services team. You will be the main contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they get the most from the Sport:80 Platform and related products.

You will collaborate with the Head of Customer Success and Delivery to deliver outstanding client experiences, training, and feedback loops. A proactive, tech-savvy mindset and a passion for sport are essential.
