Client Success Coordinator: Data, Reporting & Support

Aura, the global reference point for sustainable packaging, is seeking a Customer Success Associate to support our Client Success team and maximise value from the e-halo platform.

You'll collaborate with Customer Success Managers and the Account Director to monitor supplier progress, prepare reports, and ensure actions are tracked, helping Aura deliver proactive sustainability insights for clients worldwide.
