As a Client Success (CS) Agency Specialist at Indeed, you will play a key role in working with the media agencies of record across the Indeed client base. You'll develop strategic relationships to ensure we deliver value to agencies. You'll educate agencies on the best ways to leverage Indeed's 200+ million monthly users ensuring the agency can deliver best in class hiring, sourcing and employer branding solutions. The CS Agency Specialist will play a critical role in arming agencies with the knowledge and tools they need to adopt Indeed's features, optimize spend, and solve client's pain before they even know it exists. You will be accountable for driving feature adoption growth and deepening relationships with key agency partners via strategic alliances, education, client partnering and ideation directly with the agencies. You will be aligned to 6 Agency Sales reps, supporting their assigned Agencies.
Who you are- Achieve assigned quarterly goals by consistently delivering an exceptional client experience to Indeed's agency partners, ensuring their needs, feedback, and business goals are prioritised.
- Build, manage, and deepen agency relationships at all levels, from C-suite executives to account teams such as media planners and buyers, whilst effectively representing Indeed at key industry events and within the wider recruitment advertising community.
- Work closely with Agency Sales to design and implement compelling, data-driven agency engagement plans that drive adoption of Indeed's features, deepen product fluency, optimise campaign performance, and drive long-term revenue retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Direct Employer Sales, Marketing, Product Specialists, and Client Success, to align on agency strategies, scale best practices across the Agency's end clients, and address agency-wide trends, opportunities, and escalations.
- Analyse, interpret, and share key metrics and insights such as feature utilisation, campaign performance and agency readiness score to monitor agency performance. Use this to identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and deliver targeted educational programmes, including roadshows and bootcamp-style training, to equip agency partners with best practice and in-depth knowledge of Indeed's solutions.
- Act as the voice of the agency by gathering and communicating actionable insights, feedback, and emerging needs to internal teams, directly influencing new product development, feature enhancements, and the overall agency experience on Indeed.
- 5+ years of experience in a media agency or related field
- Travel approximately 20% of time
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate exceptional relationships with external partners
- Ability to think strategically about complex channel-specific problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of Indeed and both the digital media and talent acquisition marketing landscape
- Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in collaborative teams

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
