Responsibilities- Drive adoption of TikTok's performance solutions and scale performance spend for some of the UK's largest advertisers.
- Increase adoption of all auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and proactive analysis.
- Drive full funnel media strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against clients' business goals.
- Leverage advanced measurement solutions, such as Conversion Lift Studies, with a strong understanding of methodologies and application in the advertising ecosystem; analyze and interpret study outcomes to drive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
- Present findings and insights in a consultative way to the client and collaborate with relevant internal teams to provide a complete solution.
- Support and work with the sales team on pre sale research and pitch.
- Educate other teams on TikTok for Business offerings, delivering learning sessions, writing training documentation and whitepapers for internal and external use.
- Manage and grow post sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
- Monitor and analyze ad campaigns to identify optimization opportunities.
- Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data driven business insights and simultaneously improve advertising offerings.
- Share marketplace feedback and guide advertising strategy.
- Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a consultative, long term approach to build productive relationships with clients in collaboration with the sales team.
- Demonstrated account management/performance experience in digital marketing.
- Tangible experience executing on a biddable network.
- Knowledge of tracking, attribution and measurement (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP, SKAN, etc.).
- Experience managing brand advertisers with deep understanding of full funnel objectives.
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
- Results oriented with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate technical language to non technical stakeholders.
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams.
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, etc.) a plus.
- Comfortable presenting complex analysis in a simple, easy to digest way to C suite level stakeholders.
- Travel experience and knowledge to support the growth of this category at TikTok.
- Performance agency background a plus.
