Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Build effective working relationships with clients and the client service team based on mutual respect and trust.
- Ensure excellent level of service to clients at all times.
- Manage and review client reporting, including administrator and board reporting.
- Coordinate reporting issues with reporting teams and ensure timely and accurate resolution of client queries.
- Manage the AML/KYC periodic review process on behalf of Client Service.
- Run and maintain a log of client service calls and action logs.
- Serve as the point of receipt for client change requests; log and work with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of change agendas for clients, focusing on organic growth such as fund/class launches and mergers.
- Assist the Client Service lead with onboarding new clients as needed.
- Log and resolve client queries involving other internal departments in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure timely escalation of any client issues as required.
- Ensure that controls are consistently followed for all client service processes.
- Help foster a culture of collaboration with colleagues, clients, and external parties.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as directed.
- Primary degree or professional/accounting qualification equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in fund administration services preferred.
- Skilled communicator, both verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player.
- Good understanding of end to end NAV production operating models preferred.
- Demonstrated strong problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Keenness to provide excellent service to both internal and external clients.
- Primary Degree or Professional or Accounting qualification equivalent.
