Job Description
Client Services Manager - Leeds 
We're looking for a qualified ACCA/ACA Client Services Manager to join a thriving team of accounts based in Leeds. You'll manage a portfolio of key clients, review and prepare annual accounts, and lead a talented team - all while playing a big part in shaping internal workflow and team development.
What you'll do:- Lead client relationships across a varied portfolio
- Review and prepare accounts and tax returns
- Mentor and manage team members
- Oversee workflow, WIP, billing & KPIs
- Drive business development and cross-service opportunities
- ACCA/ACA qualified
- Strong practice-based accounting experience
- Confident managing teams and client relationships
- Skilled in workflow and practice management
- Proficient in IRIS, Xero, Sage (preferred)
