Client Services Leader: Elevate Care Quality & Growth

Radfield Home Care is seeking a Client Services Lead to oversee person-centred care delivery in office and community settings. You will guide care planning, monitoring risk, and ensuring high-quality services for every client.

You will lead the care team, collaborate with the Registered Manager and Duty Care Manager, and participate in the on-call rota as required, including evenings and weekends.
