Client Services Lead - UK Accounting & Growth

Centralis Group in Didcot is seeking a Client Services Assistant Manager to lead a client portfolio and act as primary contact. You will ensure technical accuracy, coach the team, and support practice growth.

The role requires at least 6 years' experience in a UK accountancy practice (3 years post-qualification), with strong knowledge of FRS 102 and VAT. Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks or Sage and excellent communication are essential.
