Job Description
The Client Services Executive plays a key role in providing first class administrative and customer service support to both customers and suppliers. Working within a busy administration team, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing documentation, preparing quotations, coordinating agreement changes, and ensuring all administration is completed accurately and within agreed service levels. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional administrative and customer service support to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Respond to customer and supplier enquiries via telephone and email.
- Process agreement amendments, cancellations, upgrades, and settlement quotations.
- Prepare and issue invoices and associated documentation.
- Manage customer records and maintain accurate information within the CRM system.
- Process documentation through electronic signature platforms.
- Produce reports and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Prioritise workloads to ensure service level agreements are consistently achieved.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer and supplier queries.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider Client Services team as required.
- Previous experience within a customer service, administration, or office support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Professional and customer focused approach.
- £26,000 per annum
- Full training and ongoing support.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
- Office based.
