Client Services Executive - Wales - £Highly Competitive Salary

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Executive to join a specialist printer dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology and providing customers with the best opportunities to deliver their print campaigns.

• Responsible for developing and maintaining exceptional communication with clients and internal colleagues.
• Supporting the processing of all customer orders into planned jobs.
• Providing administrative support of the planned schedule and material availability.
• Generating system paperwork such as job cards for production instructions and any other instructions that may be relevant such as spreadsheets for accurate and efficient production.
• Retrieving matrix prices and estimate costs.

This role requires someone with a positive, can do, customer first attitude where nothing is too much for the client. Our client's people go above and beyond to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
