Job Description
Client Services Director - Responsibilities
  • Leading the client service function, providing guidance and support to the team
  • Driving the success and growth of accounts, managing key clients while overseeing others
  • Building strong client relationships through effective communication, problem solving, and timely responses to requests
  • Translating client briefs into strategic plans, ensuring alignment with KPIs and targets
  • Overseeing project execution, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are managed, and account activities run smoothly
  • Escalating and managing any issues internally through to client resolution and satisfaction
  • Motivating the team to deliver the best customer service, developing their skills to handle complex issues efficiently
Client Services Director - Qualifications & Experience

With experience in a similar role within a print, Direct mail or print management background, you will actively look at ways in which services can be improved and enhanced within the client base.

Additional Requirements

Ideal candidates are resident in the UK and have recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors. The role requires an approachable, flexible leader who performs well under pressure and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
