Client Services Associate

Our client is a leading Venture Capital firm, renowned for their client centric approach. Due to continued success, they are now seeking a skilled Client ServicesAssociate to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client engagement by organising and participating in investor events.
• Manage end to end administrative tasks such as investor onboarding.
• Prepare and distribute periodic communications to investors and advisers, including reports, factsheets, and announcements.
• Support the Sales team and offer updates on fund performance during ad hoc client meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service position within the Financial Services sector.
• Demonstrate foundational knowledge and comprehension of retail investment products.
