Location: MediaCity, Manchester (Office-based, 5 days per week) Duties and responsibilities: Own the Client Experience Act as the primary point of contact for client service matters, ensuring swift resolution and clear, confident communication. Take full ownership of service cases from start to finish. Maintain accurate documentation and up-to-date client records. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service.Drive Growth Through Relationships Understand client needs and proactively recommend solutions that enhance their experience. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely add value. Conduct structured outreach to strengthen client relationships and uncover new opportunities.Manage Inbound Enquiries Respond promptly and professionally across multiple communication channels. Provide clear, accurate information and confidently escalate complex queries where required. Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Education and Experience: Previous experience within a telephone based customer services or sales role. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, solution-focused mindset. A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
