Client Services Advisor - Benefits Support (Phone & Chat)

A public sector organization in Scotland is looking for a Client Advisor to assist individuals in applying for social security benefits. In this role, you will interact directly with clients, primarily through telephone communication, ensuring they receive the necessary support and treatment with respect and dignity. This position will be performance-driven and may involve processing applications and responding to web chat inquiries. This is a fixed-term opportunity for approximately 6 months with the possibility of extension or permanency.
