Client Services Administrator
Liverpool, Merseyside

Salary: £25,000

Full Time Office based role.

A growing wealth management firm in Liverpool is looking for a Client Services Administrator to support Financial Advisers and provide high-quality administrative support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client documents and update the CRM system
  • Prepare investment and pension reports
  • Process client applications and complete new business checks
  • Support pension transfer administration and liaise with providers
  • Handle client correspondence and calls
Requirements
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service
