Job Description

• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the delivery of marketing and agency projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective strategies for client campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insightful reporting to clients.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and propose solutions to clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and escalations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the media and agency industry to inform client strategies.
• Support the development of junior team members through mentorship and guidance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Services Account Director should have:

• Proven experience managing client accounts within the media and agency industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
• A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results for clients.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and campaign performance metrics.
• The ability to work on-site in Manchester two days a week.
