Client Service Officer - BankingFor one of our clients, a bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a:Client Manager - BankingPermanent position - 100%DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION- Support Client Managers in the servicing of domestic and banking clients across multiple booking centers- Process and monitor a wide range of client transactions, including payments, transfers, deposits, and while ensuring proper follow-up on pending items- Ensure all client instructions and interactions are executed in accordance with applicable frameworks, internal policies, and compliance and prepare account opening including the review and of structures for both individual and jointly held accounts, and track their completion- Enter and execute client trading instructions across multiple asset classes within internal systems, ensuring adherence to suitability rules and constraints- Handle action processing and client impacts in a timely and manner- Draft and issue official banking documents such as account and reference letters upon request- Monitor and resolve and topics including KYC, KYT, tax compliance and client risk- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent- Initial experience within Banking or a banking environment- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Avaloq or similar core banking systems- An ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment- High level of integrity, accountability, and to detail- Comfortable working under pressure and interacting with multiple internal stakeholders- Excellent command of English; additional languages are considered a plus jid5d80c01aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
