Job Description
Overview

Our Personal and Premium Banking client are seeking to appoint a Customer Service Executive. They are looking for a new member of the Client Service team who will provide assistance for dealing with their clients daily banking requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day client service and communicate with clients to resolve queries.
  • Carry out callbacks and arrange online banking activations.
  • Provide assistance to other team members during busy times.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell bank products and services, and work with Relationship Managers to convert these leads.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient IT skills with a keen interest in banking and learning about products/services.
  • Experience in any banking role is desirable but not required.
