HI Partners is currently supporting the recruitment of an experienced Client Relationship Manager on behalf of an established international organisation within the financial services sector.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for managing relationships with private clients, developing a strong understanding of their circumstances, objectives and priorities, and ensuring a consistently high level of engagement.

The position combines client interaction, relationship management, communication and internal coordination within an international financial-services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with private clients
• Act as a key point of contact for ongoing client matters
• Develop a good understanding of clients' objectives and priorities
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow-up discussions
• Communicate information clearly and professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements
• Ensure a consistently high standard of client service and engagement
• Maintain structured and accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions

Profile

We would be particularly interested in speaking with professionals who have:

• Experience within financial services, private banking, wealth management, investment services or a related environment
• Strong client-facing and relationship-management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to establish credibility and develop trusted client relationships
• A structured, professional and service-oriented approach
• Professional fluency in English, ideally combined with an additional language
• An interest in developing their career within an international financial environment
