As a Vice President within the Client Relationship Management (CRM) team, you will act as a strategic partner to a portfolio of key clients. You will develop a deep understanding of their business models, priorities, and long term objectives, strengthen and expand these relationships, and ensure revenue stability and growth. Your role blends commercial acumen, relationship leadership, and cross functional coordination to deliver high quality solutions and support the execution of the group's commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's strategy, operational needs, and future growth plans.
- Act as the primary relationship owner, representing Apex across all products, jurisdictions, and service lines.
- Respond to client needs with a solution oriented mindset, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Engage with Apex senior management to support account development and strategic initiatives.
- Protect and grow existing revenue streams by influencing key decision makers and identifying new opportunities.
- Drive cross sell initiatives and ensure Apex remains the client's partner of choice.
- Deliver targeted commercial campaigns aligned with group objectives.
- Identify client challenges and collaborate with product teams to shape future service offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead significant service improvement initiatives where required.
- Act as the executive escalation point for major issues impacting the client relationship.
- Prepare and execute structured client engagement plans, including reviews, workshops, and strategic discussions.
- Work as part of a global account team, contributing to regional and international client strategies.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior CRM team members.
- Ensure client feedback is captured, analysed, and communicated to product development and operational leadership.
