What You'll Be Doing:

As an Events Coordinator, you'll contribute to expanding Pixl's client base and supporting measurable growth.

  • Client Development - Build and nurture relationships with agencies, planners, and event teams
  • Industry Engagement - Network within the events community (MPI, industry groups, trade shows, and peer events)
  • Opportunity Development - Identify and develop new business opportunities through trusted partnerships
  • Consultative Conversations - Discuss Pixl's creative and technical solutions in ways that resonate with producers and planners
  • Market Awareness - Stay informed on sector trends, client needs, and competitor activity
  • Brand Representation - Represent Pixl professionally at networking events and industry functions
  • Collaboration - Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on pipeline and account development
What We're Looking For:

We prioritise industry credibility and relationship building ability over traditional sales backgrounds.

You might currently be:

  • Event Coordinator / Event Executive
  • Event Manager / Event Planner
  • Project Coordinator / Project Manager (Events)
  • Junior Producer / Producer
  • Venue-based Sales (Corporate Events)
  • Experiential / Exhibition Coordinator
  • Working within an agency or creative production environment
Key Attributes:
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • A consultative, non aggressive approach
  • Commercial awareness and client curiosity
  • Confidence in networking environments
  • Self motivated and organised
  • Ability to build trust with agencies and meeting planners
Experience & Background:
  • Experience within the events, creative, or experiential sector
  • Exposure to budgets, suppliers, timelines, or client relationships
  • Degree preferred but not essential
Working Style & Flexibility:
  • Based in either Tring or London
  • Flexibility to work from both locations as needed
  • Occasional travel for meetings, networking, and industry events
