Client Operations & Solutions Lead

Alt Legal Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee the service delivered to ALT Legal clients, implement technology solutions to continually improve that service and design policies to reflect how we operate and our compliance with the SRA.

You will work with a high degree of autonomy on complex matters, build strong relationships across the Alpaca group and clients, and ensure our people focus on high-value work that adds value to our clients.
