Client Onboarding Specialist - SaaS industry

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist who will directly engage with clients across various industries, from medium-sized companies to large corporations listed on stock exchanges.

What you will bring:

• 3+ years of experience as an Onboarding Specialist for both new and existing clients
• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, supply chain management, or IT project management
• Excellent communication skills
• Languages: English and at least one other language at a C1 level (e.g. French, Italian, Dutch, German)

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding process for both new and existing clients
• Provide clear guidance to ensure clients smoothly adopt and implement our client's solution
• Improvement of onboarding processes to increase efficiency and client satisfaction
• Lead training sessions
