Client Onboarding & Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Client Onboarding & Administrative Assistant to support our Onboarding Manager and wider team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates well and enjoys ensuring clients have a smooth and positive experience from the very start. No formal qualifications are needed, just the right attitude, willingness to learn and confidence using basic technology.

Client Onboarding Support

  • Prepare and send onboarding documentation
  • Set up new client records and profiles in internal systems
  • Gather required information from clients and follow up where needed
  • Schedule onboarding calls or meetings
  • Monitor onboarding progress to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Process client AML checks
  • Assist the Onboarding Manager with reconciliation or clean-up of new client ledgers

General Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets and files
  • Prepare simple reports or summaries
  • Handle email correspondence and basic enquiries
  • Assist with organising team calendars, tasks and reminders
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support daily operations

Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable using email, basic office tools and spreadsheets
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes
  • Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to assist where needed
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
