Client Experience & Building Operations Lead

Helix is seeking a Facilities and Client Experience Manager in London to lead day-to-day building operations and service excellence for a brand-new office.

You will be the primary contact for tenants, drive client relationships, and coordinate maintenance, security, IT, and front-of-house services to deliver outstanding occupier experiences. This role requires a strong customer-service mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
