About the Role:

We're searching for a talented Client Development Director to elevate our affiliate and performance marketing operations. If you're a visionary leader with deep expertise in affiliate strategy, partnerships, negotiation, and data-driven growth, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

As a Client Development Director, you will:

  • Own and refine our affiliate strategy, driving revenue growth.
  • Build high-performing partnerships with publishers, influencers, and technology solutions.
  • Lead a team of associates and managers, fostering strategic relationships.
  • Ensure CJ remains at the forefront of performance marketing innovation.
  • Represent CJ at industry events and public speaking engagements.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Extensive experience in Affiliate Marketing and digital media/client services.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing digital marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels and consumer behavior.
  • A strategic mindset with a record of delivering client business objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with AI and automation to streamline processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to commute to our London HQ in White City and potential for short-haul travel.
